We primarily work with PVC foam boards, uPVC panels, and uPVC window/door profiles — all moisture-proof, termite-resistant materials that are well suited to Tamil Nadu's climate. We do not use wood, MDF, or plywood in our standard fit-outs.

PVC foam boards are lightweight and slightly flexible, making them ideal for shutters, panels, and light furniture. uPVC is rigid and denser — better suited to structural cabinets, large-span shelves, and window/door frames where stiffness matters. Both are 100% waterproof and termite-proof.

After the site visit and design approval, most individual items (a kitchen or wardrobe) take 2–4 weeks including fabrication and installation. Complete home interior projects take 4–8 weeks depending on the number of rooms and scope.

Yes — we stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms are confirmed in writing at the time of project agreement. We encourage you to ask about warranty coverage during the site visit.

We typically work on a phased payment schedule: a percentage at design confirmation, a percentage before fabrication begins, and the balance on completion. The exact schedule is agreed in writing before any work starts.

Minor adjustments are often possible during early fabrication stages. Changes after fabrication is complete or during installation may carry additional costs. We strongly recommend finalising all design decisions before production begins.

No special maintenance is needed. Simply wipe PVC surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. There is no need for polishing, re-coating, pest treatment, or annual servicing — which is one of the main practical advantages over wood-based interiors.
